Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide Proof: Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and original packaging.
  3. Resolution: We will prioritize sending a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

To be eligible for a defect claim, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
